The workshops are a fun way to learn about nutrition and healthy eating. They gave me a good grounding and were excellently taught…loved sharing the learning process within a group setting.
I found the supper evenings have a unique friendly atmosphere, I don’t know of anywhere else like it…Just loved trying all the combinations of different foods.
I’ve attended several of the supper evenings, met some interesting people and eaten some really good food…I’ve had a great time at each supper, whatever the theme. Alison and Diana do a great job promoting healthy eating.
